Remarks: There is also a cork plant at the site which has recycled 1400 tonnes of cork in 2017. Within the process, the corks are ground, separated from PET, dried and lastly turned into cable drums by polymer company Axjo in Småland. As of May 2019, Returpack has installed a new sorting technology at its plant. The plant was upgraded to recognise both PET and HDPE and PP and its capacity was increased to 9 million cans and bottles per day.
