Remarks: 10/24: In 2013 the biological stage was transformed for using biowaste. The RTO air cleaning technology with a capacity of 16.000 m³ is not needed any more since the plant switched completely to the processing of biowaste from Kreis Recklinghausen and the city Dortmund in 2014. The MSW from Kreis Borken is only treated mechanically and then going to RDF or WtE plants.
